Noosphere StudTechFest Expands

Potential students from the other cities will soon have the opportunity to get support for their projects through the Noosphere Engineering School. Cherkasy, Ukraine has been chosen as the lucky site of the new campus!

On October, 20, the representatives of the Noosphere Engineering School demonstrated their inventions at Cherkasy State Technological University in the frame of Noosphere StudTechFest. Interested students and teaching staff looked on at these innovative creations, including a Mars rover, laser watches, the My Police application, and ArtOS.

Oleg Grigor, the Acting Rector of the University, and Sergey Zabolotny, the Vice-Rector on scientific- research work and procurement, delivered the opening speech.

In addition, specialists of the Engineering School presented their inventions. Ivan Yatsuba demonstrated ArtOS, a gun-fire control software system, and Mikhail Fesenko – robotic inventions at the Noosphere Engineering School. The My Police application, demonstrated by Dmitriy Kibzun, was the most discussed topic on the Stud TechFest. The audience asked about the protection of personal data, rating fraudulent calls and wondered whether policemen could get access to the servers to delete self-incriminating information.

Tatyana Bulanaya, Director of Noosphere Engineering School, talked about the opportunities for students and researchers to participate in grant contests organized by Noosphere.

Michael Ryabokon, Co-Founder of Noosphere Engineering School, gave a closing speech highlighting the innovative ecosystems preserving technologies, cooperation with universities and the prospects for the Cherkasy Noosphere Engineering School to participate in startup projects. 

We hope that we will soon see and test out some new projects developed by Cherkasy engineering craftsmen under through Noosphere.
