Noosphere Engineering school at career days in DNU
It can be quite difficult to find a job. Almost every college graduate has met with an employer is looking for 18-year-old employees with 30 years of work experience. Being keenly aware of the challenges these young specialists have finding work, DNU’s Department of Connection to Production arranged their second event to help them take their first steps with “Career Days-2013”. More than 70 companies from the Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kirovograd Regions offered employment to graduates of Oles Honchar Dnepropetrovsk National University.
While preparing to launch the Noosphere Engineering School we were excited about the opportunity to meet with students and find out what difficulties they are encountering in searching for their dream jobs. We had several engaging conversation where we discussed efficient career building opportunities, and educated students and graduates on what kinds of professions are in demand in the job market.
To try and bridge these gaps, the Noosphere Engineering School are excited to welcome their first students to the first lab which will open in February!

On October 28 the practical portion of the “Project Management” program kicked off with the first lesson where the 40 students were divided into 6 teams that now need to come up with their idea that they will implement in the next 6 weeks.

We had 11 students, 6 experts, 6 iMacs and thousands of crazy ideas including hamster monsters, post-Apocalyptic scenes and flying capsules. We cannot say that it was enough to create the ideal game, but it was enough for 4 pretty good concepts.

Teams from the “Project management” program are quickly gaining a reputation as go-getters with innovative ideas that won't give up and are not afraid to shooting for the moon.
