On November 23, Noosphere Engineering School hosted a meeting of representatives of the Dnipro Planetarium and young inventors, who became the winners of the NASA Space Apps Challenge - international space hackathon - in Dnipro.
A team of three students offered a series of educational videos about space called Worth a thousand words. Participants created a video about the Sun based on NASA's open data. The young scientists are confident that this format will allow to disseminate information about the results of NASA research in an interesting way and help people learn more about our planet, the environment and space.
The Association Noosphere believes in the prospects and benefits of the project and suggests using these developments in the Dnipro Planetarium. In regards with the above, a team meeting with Lyudmila Marchenko and Yulia Ryzhenko, representatives of the planetarium in the Dnipro, was organized. As a result of the meeting, the parties came to an agreement that a team of students from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University would make educational videos on the subject of space for the Planetarium in order to popularize knowledge about our universe among children and young people.
